These are movement and dance classes, specially designed to meet the needs of seniors to promote more mobility, core strength, balance, coordination and fun!
These classes benefit the mental wellbeing as well as the physical health of all participants.
We start with grounding and breathing exercices to connect to our body and feel more present.
We then move and dance to great music from the Golden Era and to World Music hits, including Arabic and North African tunes of course!
Classes are adapted to the participants needs, and can be done standing or sitting. Suitable for all levels of ability and mobility.
Offered in 4-6 weekly sessions. Classes can be led in English or French.
